Job Summary

Vaco is seeking a highly skilled HR Administrator to join our team. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for a mix of data entry, excel work, coordinating/communicating with managers regarding team training needs/scheduling/delinquencies, recruitment assistance (posting, screening, background checks), and file room maintenance (filing, boxing, shredding).

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform data entry and excel work to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Coordinate and communicate with managers to ensure team training needs are met and scheduling is up-to-date
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening applicants, and conducting background checks
  • Maintain a clean and organized file room, including filing, boxing, and shredding documents as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
