HR Business Partner

The HR Administrator will play a key role in supporting the team's operational needs, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. This role will involve a mix of administrative tasks, data management, and coordination with managers to address team training needs, scheduling, and recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, excel work, and file room maintenance.
- Coordinate with managers to identify team training needs, schedule training sessions, and track attendance.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and conducting background checks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including EEO and pay transparency guidelines.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with data management and analysis.
