Customer Service Administrator

Basic Function:
Support the customer service department by performing routine administrative tasks to ensure accurate and timely customer invoicing for products, shipping, and credits.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain quotations, sales data, and selling prices.
- Review daily KPI reports and handle credit/debit memos and returns.
- Manage price increases, month-end billing, and warehouse postings.
- Process samples in SAP and manage customer credit limits.
- Provide invoice copies, set up statements, and offer backup support for Customer Service.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma with 3-5 years of experience in customer service, accounts payable, or order entry.
- Experience in export transportation or international business preferred.
Skills:
- Strong customer focus, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Salesforce, and SAP.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail.

- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
