About the Role

Watershed Bio is seeking a Performance Marketing Analyst to oversee and manage reporting for all digital marketing initiatives related to our growth-stage biocomputing platform. You will evaluate and integrate data from Watershed's digital channels, including website visitor behavior, content downloads, and pay-per-click advertising metrics. Your insights will help translate this data into our sales pipeline, analyze marketing expenditures for business growth optimization, and support leadership in making informed, data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in developing reports and analyzing digital marketing activities across various domains. A commitment to accountability and precision is essential, as is a passion for delivering actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage marketing and sales reporting for leadership and the commercial team, utilizing data from Salesforce, Webflow, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant sources.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for all online marketing data sources, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of reports and metrics presented to leadership.
  • Evaluate cost-per-click, cost-per-lead, and click-through rates, providing recommendations for enhancing marketing performance.
  • Collaborate across departments to identify and implement optimal paid media strategies to drive business growth.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or Data Science is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in creating, delivering, and interpreting commercial reports utilizing Salesforce, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Webflow, and other digital marketing data sources.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of identifying and rectifying inconsistencies in commercial data to foster B2B growth.
  • A meticulous approach and ownership mentality towards analysis and reporting metrics, recognizing the significance of data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in presenting reports to leadership in a collaborative environment from a marketing, finance, or consulting perspective.
