Master Vehicle Restoration Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in auto body repair techniques, including disassembly, repair, and reassembly of vehicles. A thorough understanding of vehicle mechanics and the ability to diagnose complex issues are essential.
Beyond technical skills, the successful candidate must be able to provide exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with team members to deliver high-quality repairs within established timelines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing WOW plans to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Preparing cost estimates for customers, using various tools to assess damage and plan repairs
- Hammering out dents, dimples, and other minor body damage, or mixing and applying filler resins when necessary
- Realigning car chassis and frames to repair structural damage
- Removing and replacing damaged sections of vehicles with new or aftermarket parts, as needed
- Repairing glass and windshields, and replacing or repairing interior parts
- Welding and attaching or fitting parts into place, and preparing and repainting vehicles with factory-specified paint or agreed-upon equivalent
- Ensuring all work is executed correctly by inspecting vehicles after repair
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with successful completion of a technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer
- The ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision
- Thorough knowledge of methods and procedures for repairing vehicle bodies
- Proficiency in using tools required for the trade
We offer competitive compensation details: $50,000 - $150,000 per year.
