We are currently looking for a Knowledge Management Coordinator / Records Management Specialist to enhance our clients' operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, manage, and safeguard the official records management program of the organization;
  • Identify and uphold essential records that ensure a continuous documentation of the organization's functions, policies, procedures, and operations, which hold historical, legal, research, or public interest value;
  • Collaborate closely with software developers, information managers, data managers, and knowledge managers as part of the knowledge management team to ensure the success of the overall knowledge management initiative and adherence to established policies.

Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship;
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance.

Required Experience:

  • Development and maintenance of a records management (RM) program, including retention of records in various formats until eligible for destruction according to federal guidelines;
  • Management of a RM program across multiple classification levels, including policy development, procedural execution in compliance with federal regulations, and providing guidance on all aspects of RM;
  • Ensuring the protection of organizational records from unauthorized access, destruction, or alteration in all media formats;
  • A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.

Education and Certifications:

  • High School Diploma.

While executing the responsibilities of this role, the employee will frequently sit, walk, stand, and navigate stairs. This may involve walking considerable distances from parking areas to workstations. Occasionally, tasks may require twisting, squatting, kneeling, reaching overhead, and forward motion. The employee will consistently need to perform repetitive hand, arm, or finger motions. Manual dexterity is essential for this position. Specific vision capabilities required include close, distance, depth perception, and color differentiation. Effective communication through speech with clients and the public is necessary. Hearing capabilities must include the ability to engage in conversation in both quiet and noisy environments. Lifting may involve movements from floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead, with weights up to 20 pounds. This position requires the ability to manage various levels of mental stress.
