HII - Mission Technologies is seeking a Security Program Manager (SPM) to oversee physical, construction, and personnel security operations at a designated military installation and associated units across various security tiers.
The SPM will:
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.
- Analyze and apply federal security regulations pertinent to organizational operations.
- Secure interpretations and acceptable deviations for regulatory compliance from governmental entities.
- Draft manuals detailing regulations and establish protocols for the management, storage, and record-keeping of sensitive materials.
- Conduct security training sessions and audits, investigate security breaches, and prepare reports recommending preventive measures.
- Maintain facility accreditation documentation for all secure storage areas.
- Provide expertise and support for all facets of construction security.
- Plan, organize, and lead collateral security program activities at the Squadron Level.
- Establish policies and procedures for the execution of special access functions.
- Assess compliance of security operations with established requirements, identify deficiencies, and analyze significant issues and vulnerabilities.
Minimum Qualifications: 6 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field; 4 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree in a related field; or a High School Diploma or equivalent combined with 10 years of relevant experience.
Required Skills: Proficient knowledge of DISS application, active TS Clearance, industrial security programs, SCIF operations, access control, and S/SAP or TS/SAP facility accreditation.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, prior experience with PKI access and JPAS utilization, and 3 years of experience in a military environment.
Physical Requirements: Job performance necessitates adequate visual acuity and manual dexterity for fulfilling the demands of the role. Office work environment.
