Role Responsibilities:
As the Client Advisor Manager based in our Las Vegas office, you will oversee a team of Client Advisors, ensuring an exceptional client experience and maintaining operational processes. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing service strategies to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Fostering a client-centric sales and service environment.
- Addressing complex client or underwriting challenges.
- Enhancing the quality and consistency of the client experience.
- Identifying and nurturing relationships with new and existing centers of influence.
- Directly managing the Client Advisory teams.
We are eager to connect with candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in personal insurance, with a proven track record in team leadership.
- Possession of a valid P&C License.
- Ability to independently quote various coverages for existing clients, with knowledge of excess and surplus placements.
- Experience in cultivating opportunities within clients' centers of influence.
- Experience with high-net-worth clientele and familiarity with insurance carriers.
- Proven experience in leading client-facing teams.
