Job Overview:

The Mark, a premier luxury hotel, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of its overall marketing strategy. This role will involve proactive management of marketing, press, and food & beverage initiatives, as well as providing administrative support to the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Play an integral role in the execution of short and long-term brand priorities, including organizing and responding to press opportunities, performing concierge-like duties, and building guest profiles.
  • Manage Le Shop, the hotel's e-commerce website, including proactive inventory and storage management, fulfillment of orders, and managing vendor relationships.
  • Oversee Caviar Kaspia at The Mark's inbox, create reservations, and update menus and websites as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing Team, including maintaining internal tracking documents, writing VIP arrivals, and inputting press reservations.

Requirements:

  • A strategic thinker with a passion for luxury service, branding, and/or Food & Beverage.
  • A precise attention to detail.
  • Strong writing and communication ability with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to thrive and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and approach problems creatively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using Resy.
  • Understanding of Restaurant POS system.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing or hospitality management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PPT.
