We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and oversee the digital newsletter programs for our luxury brands, including Harper's Bazaar, Elle, Esquire, Veranda, Town & Country, Elle Decor, Road & Track, Autoweek, and Car & Driver.

**Job Summary**
As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting, executing, and optimizing strategies to drive engagement and growth across these luxury brands' digital newsletters. You will collaborate with editorial, design, and marketing teams to produce engaging and visually appealing newsletter content.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with teams to produce engaging and visually appealing newsletter content
* Oversee the creation, auditing, and scheduling of newsletters
* Utilize data-driven strategies to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and overall subscriber engagement
* Employ A/B testing to refine content, subject lines, and layout for maximum effectiveness
* Analyze performance metrics and produce regular reports detailing key insights and areas for improvement
* Implement subscriber segmentation and personalization strategies to deliver targeted content
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of newsletter and email marketing trends and best practices
* Coordinate with sales teams to integrate sponsored content and advertisements effectively
* Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand standards and legal requirements

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
* 3-5 years of experience in digital and email marketing or newsletter production
* Proven track record of managing successful email marketing campaigns or newsletter programs
* Proficiency with email marketing software and tools
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
