Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Specialist to provide administrative support to our client in Boston, MA.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of related experience as an executive assistant and possess expertise in executive administrative support, including MS Office suite, calendaring, and document management systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing logistical support, coordinating meetings, and managing complex calendars.

They will also be responsible for taking detailed notes, tracking follow-up items, and performing various data entry tasks.

The Executive Support Specialist will work closely with the Executive Director and Leadership Team to ensure smooth execution of tasks and projects.

Required qualifications include a BA/BS, strong written and oral communication skills, and excellent organization and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize tasks, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
