Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Sales Specialist, you will engage your curiosity and work alongside a diverse team of professionals dedicated to improving respiratory health.


Key Contributions:
  • Maintain a results-oriented focus on personal objectives while supporting team and company goals.
  • Develop a detailed territory and account strategy with your manager, prioritizing sales opportunities and executing plans with ongoing evaluation and adjustments.
  • Identify customer challenges and create comprehensive solutions to enhance business growth, including cross-selling across Vyaire's product range.
  • Drive product demand by leveraging insights and account-level research to encourage customers to explore new opportunities.
  • Meet sales quotas for assigned accounts on a quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis.
  • Facilitate collaboration among clinical, financial, and administrative stakeholders to guide the buying process.
  • Communicate proactively with team members in a fast-paced environment, providing regular updates on clinical and customer developments.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly forecasts while ensuring CRM compliance and accuracy.
  • Enhance product utilization in existing accounts by cultivating new physician relationships and re-engaging previous customers.
  • Assist in projecting sales revenue by account for your territory.
  • Conduct training sessions and presentations for support staff.
  • Exhibit exceptional product knowledge.
  • Adhere to company standards of ethical conduct while representing Vyaire Medical.
  • Complete administrative tasks, including expense reports, accurately and on time.

Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, Vyaire Medical seeks candidates with the following qualifications:
  • A minimum of three years of sales experience in the medical device sector or three years of clinical experience.
  • An Associate's degree or respiratory therapy certification is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.

  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of business English and attention to detail.

Essential Requirements:
  • Credentialing: Maintain required credentials as mandated by Vyaire Medical and its clients, which may include mandatory vaccinations and tests.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
  • Driving: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are necessary.
  • Physical Demand: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. without restrictions.
  • Legal Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
