Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries verbally and in writing
- Create, facilitate, and track staff training programs
- Assist with program self-assessment and data reliability audits
- Conduct outreach projects to educate the community on various programs
- Manage DSER SharePoint resources and special projects as assigned
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Six years of education and/or professional experience in social services casework, social services program development/delivery, or social services related fiscal/budget administration/analysis work
- A Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Administration of Justice, Business, Public Administration, Social Work, or a related social/behavioral science area
- Professional/paraprofessional experience in performing compliance and/or financial audits and performing legal, financial, or fraud investigation work

The estimated salary range for this position is $47,174.40 - $65,832.00 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
