Key Responsibilities:

* Review and monitor delinquent accounts daily to maintain losses at or below established guidelines
* Properly document all account activities
* Initiate contact with customers to satisfy deficient balances
* Make recommendations to management for accounts requiring additional attention
* Maintain a positive and mutually beneficial cohesion within the team
* Assist other related departments as needed
* Ensure compliance with OneMain Financial's policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations

Requirements:

* 1 year of customer service experience
* High school diploma or GED required
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Outstanding phone and negotiation skills

Preferred Experience:

* 1 year of collections or sales experience
