Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Analyst for Sales Excellence.

In this capacity, you will be instrumental in enhancing sales effectiveness and efficiency for our Sales and Account Growth divisions.

This role reports directly to the Senior Director, Head of Sales Excellence, Global Money Movement Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement Sales Excellence strategies to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency – including Sales Reports, Leader's Dashboards, and more.

2. Assist Account Growth teams in strategic account planning, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and fostering cross-departmental collaboration.

Sales Incentive Strategy:

Collaborate with Sales Leaders and the Global Sales Compensation team to execute and maintain regional sales compensation frameworks that adhere to corporate policies, business objectives, and internal systems.

Monitor quota achievement for various key Sales metrics.

3. Oversee Sales Excellence projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with overarching sales objectives.

4. Work closely with Cross-Functional Account Executive teams, taking on the role of project manager for team-led initiatives.

5. Navigate complex and ambiguous situations to deliver clear, evidence-based recommendations to management.

This position offers a hybrid work model. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office a set number of days each week, with a general guideline of being present in the office 50% or more of the time based on business requirements.
