Job Summary:

As a Staff Line Cook at El Monte Sagrado, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food for our guests. This is a full-time hourly position that requires working under the direction of our Executive Chef or Sous Chef. You will be expected to comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare food for service, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces.
• Cook menu items in collaboration with other kitchen team members.
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion.
