POSITION OVERVIEW:

Under general supervision and with moderate complexity, this role is tasked with the research, development, and execution of effective recruitment and staffing strategies aimed at attracting a diverse array of qualified talent for the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Facilitate and implement all stages of the recruitment process.
  • Identify and execute recruitment methods and strategies while assessing current and potential markets based on job requirements, industry standards, best practices, and organizational needs.
  • Post and promote job openings to enhance organizational branding and improve online recruitment visibility.
  • Monitor and follow up with incoming applications through job boards and the employment portal, maintaining communication with candidates.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for candidates, providing exceptional candidate care and ensuring effective pre-screening prior to their inclusion in the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate candidate review packets for distribution to hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure interview questions and other recruitment materials are current.
  • Schedule interviews and competency assessments.
  • Conduct reference checks and verify educational credentials.
  • Work with hiring managers and selected candidates to facilitate job offers.
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Represent the organization at job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Stay informed on current and emerging recruitment trends to ensure effective outreach to target audiences.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

An Associate's Degree from an accredited institution in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business, or a related field, coupled with two years of experience in recruitment; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating the ability to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
