Skilled Leasing Specialist

APPLICATION PROCESS

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative tasks as required, such as answering calls, preparing refreshments, and organizing files.
  • Engage in customer service duties by addressing resident inquiries and processing service requests.
  • Conduct tours of the community and available apartment units.
  • Market and lease available apartment units.
  • Assist in completing necessary application and lease documentation.
  • Support marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Participate in community events and contribute to resident retention efforts.

Qualifications

  • Previous leasing experience is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, or BlueMoon may be required.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws is mandatory.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the workplace is necessary.
  • A strong work ethic characterized by reliability and dependability is essential.
  • Willingness to assist with various community projects as needed.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to follow directions when necessary.
  • Maintain a friendly and customer-focused demeanor towards both colleagues and residents.
