Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Software DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer to enhance our global operations.

In this capacity, you will be integral to the IT DevOps division, collaborating closely to guarantee the accessibility, dependability, scalability, and efficiency of our integration and application landscape.

Your role will also involve working alongside software development teams to streamline their build and deployment processes, as well as establishing various cloud application platforms and services.


This role offers flexible work arrangements: on-site at one of our facilities, hybrid, or fully remote work options available in most locations across the United States, based on the role's responsibilities and business requirements.


Key Responsibilities:
Engage with developers and project teams to architect, code, test, and deploy critical infrastructure, systems, and applications
Proactively oversee and maintain systems to ensure uninterrupted business operations
Diagnose application system and integration challenges, provide Level 3 support for essential application servers and platforms, and liaise with support teams and third-party vendors for solutions
Implement and continuously enhance the ecosystems; proactively suggest and execute corrective/preventive measures and best practices
Utilize tools and automation to implement and improve, among other things, provisioning, monitoring, and logging
Create, maintain, and update knowledge base articles, quality documentation, and operational procedures
Must reside within MST or PST

Essential Qualifications:
At least 3 years of cloud experience – Microsoft Azure (preferred) and AWS, including infrastructure as code
A minimum of 3 years of experience with contemporary DevOps tools, such as Containers, Kubernetes, GitHub, Apigee, Jenkins, Git, VS Code, Atlassian Suite (Confluence, JIRA)
Experience with web and application servers (Apache httpd, Nginx, Wildfly, WebLogic)
Familiarity with monitoring and log analysis tools such as Datadog, SumoLogic, Splunk
Strong Linux OS skills and scripting proficiency (Python, Ansible, PowerShell, BASH/shell scripts)
Working knowledge of SDLC and ITIL, incident, problem, and change management
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
Willingness and enthusiasm to collaborate, learn, and share with the team
Ability to travel 5%

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ServiceNow
Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
