Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key resource for internal management, business partners, and external clients, ensuring compliance with all service level agreements (SLAs) and management objectives. Oversee ongoing and new initiatives, management reporting, and administrative tasks.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with business partners, support the Director of Operations, and collaborate with supervisory staff on various functions. Propose and implement process enhancements to improve service levels. Identify appraiser challenges and coverage gaps; collaborate with relevant partners to address service concerns.
  • Customer Support: Act as a point of contact for internal staff, business partners, external clients, and colleagues. Resolve transactional issues, implement process improvements, and address procedural challenges promptly. Ensure adherence to escalation protocols. Through effective management of procedures and tasks, meet all SLA commitments and team objectives.
  • Project Management: Identify, plan, and execute projects based on needs and approvals. Work collaboratively with peers and other business units to ensure project concepts align across departments. Manage individual responsibilities, meetings, and deadlines to ensure project progress.
  • Management Reporting and Analysis: Conduct high-level reporting, including headcount, business line-specific metrics, and operational health assessments. Create or modify existing reports. Investigate systemic and service-related issues, providing follow-up analysis on findings. Participate in beta testing for upcoming initiatives.
  • Transaction Oversight: Efficiently manage daily transactional output through appropriate task assignments, report reviews, and escalation management, reducing order-related issues. Ensure that current, documented procedures are accessible. Lead regular departmental meetings to discuss process updates and gather improvement suggestions.

Assess team performance against corporate objectives:
  • Timely order completion
  • Order placement standards
  • Prompt follow-up on web users, outliers, and general inquiries
  • Compliance with phone team service metrics
  • Swift resolution of escalations and client requests
  • Lead and/or complete projects as agreed with organizational leaders
  • Facilitate team-building activities
  • Ensure procedures within the area are current, accurate, and thoroughly documented
Qualifications:

Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills
  • Prior management experience as a Team Lead or equivalent
  • Ability to recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure consistent work completion
  • Three years of relevant industry knowledge or operational experience
  • Strong time management, organizational, and administrative capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, communication, and customer service skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Capacity to multitask to meet both long-term and short-term deadlines
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to develop alternative solutions for complex challenges
  • Strong aptitude for identifying process issues and recommending improvements
  • Proficient in PC skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional demeanor and stress tolerance

  • High School diploma required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Two or more years of experience within CoreLogic Valuation Solutions
  • Strong working knowledge of WMS and/or ProCollateral
  • Relevant industry knowledge and experience
  • Previous experience in leading, directing, and training teams
  • College degree or equivalent job-related experience
Compensation:
Annual pay range of $63,000 USD.
