Brown University is seeking a highly skilled Research Compliance Analyst to join its Office of Research Integrity. As a key contributor to the Conflict of Interest (COI) program, this individual will facilitate annual and ad hoc faculty COI reporting and disclosure, triage and review cases involving potential conflicts of interest and conflicts of commitment, support the Conflict of Interest Review Board (COIRB), record meeting minutes, and implement and monitor conflict management plans.
Responsibilities- Facilitate annual and ad hoc faculty COI reporting and disclosure
- Triage and review cases involving potential conflicts of interest and conflicts of commitment
- Support the Conflict of Interest Review Board (COIRB)
- Record meeting minutes
- Implement and monitor conflict management plans
- Bachelor's degree required (advanced degree preferred) and 3-5 related experience (or equivalent combination of education/experience)
- Experience working in an academic setting is required
- Working knowledge of Conflict of Interest regulations and policies
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize competing demands, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, work independently and work interdependently
