About our Client:

We are partnering with a Not-For-Profit organization that provides housing services for women in need in the community. With over 10 years of experience, they have expanded their services and are now working on a Hybrid schedule. They offer a collaborative atmosphere and are seeking a skilled professional to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of accounting, financial reporting, contracts management, AP & AR.
  • Lead the day-to-day functions of the team.
  • Ensure reporting compliance.
  • Monitor processes for all government contract vouchering and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with the Board Treasurer and Finance committee.
  • Monitor cash flow, monthly bank, credit card, and PEX Card reconciliations.
  • Review the General ledger and biweekly payroll.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Technical skills in QuickBooks and HHS Accelerator are a plus.
