We're looking for a talented and versatile Financial Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the agency's finances, report to our President, and work closely with our parent company's CFO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the agency's finances, including client finance, financial planning and analysis, and accounting and financial management and reporting.
  • Partner with the President to develop, implement, and grow the agency's business and financial strategy.
  • Plan, develop, and implement financial strategies for increasing revenues and profitability for the company.
  • Continually work to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
Financial Liaison and Partner with ACC and Sister Agencies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with ACC and sister agencies, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Work closely with ACC to create and manage financial reporting that improves the operation of the agency, enables analysis and insights, and informs how the holding company can help the agency grow.
Growth and Innovation Enabler
  • Optimally plan and allocate resources and out-of-pocket funding for business development and marketing efforts.
  • Inform and enable new business pitch packages, review and improve client contracts and negotiations, and review and prepare pricing (SOW/Staffing Plans).
Requirements
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Demonstrates ability to work efficiently and fluidly amongst leadership, account teams, and parent company.
  • Understands how to navigate in a dual reporting senior role, local leadership, and holding company environment.
Salary

$150,000-$175,000 annually.
