The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all activities meet or exceed agreed service levels and comply with company policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Inventory Management: Plan and organize the receipt, storage, and delivery of all products stocked by the company, ensuring that stocks are maintained and stored in accordance with written company policies.
  2. Supply Chain Coordination: Monitor the efficient processing of all incoming and outgoing deliveries, and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  3. Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, and ensure that all stock is properly stored and rotated to minimize waste and ensure maximum security.
  4. Team Supervision: Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse staff, ensuring that they are aware of and comply with all company policies and procedures.
  5. Health and Safety: Ensure that all warehouse staff are aware of and comply with all health and safety policies and procedures, and that all equipment is properly maintained and stored.
  6. Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse operations, and ensure that all necessary administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a warehouse management role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
  • Ability to supervise and motivate a team of staff
  • Strong health and safety awareness
