Job Overview

FLSA Status: Exempt

Position Summary: Responsible for promoting and selling manufactured housing solutions to wholesalers and developers on a commission basis by executing the following responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engages with retailers to facilitate product distribution.
  • Initiates contact with existing and potential clients to secure orders.
  • Showcases products and highlights their marketable features.
  • Addresses inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, credit options, and durability.
  • Completes necessary sales documentation to capture vital sales data.
  • Supports the logistics of home delivery and ensures timely payment collection.
  • Represents the company at trade exhibitions and industry conferences.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
