JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team at Damco Solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and performance of our software products through comprehensive testing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough API Testing, Data Migration, Report Testing, and Back-End Testing, particularly with ORACLE SQL and Microsoft SQL.
  • Oversee and enhance Quality Assurance processes with over 8 years of experience in the field.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps for effective Test Management, Task Management, and Team Management.
  • Develop and maintain Test Plans and Test Cases, ensuring they are aligned with evolving requirements.
  • Execute End-to-End Testing, including Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Interface Testing, Integration Testing, Performance Testing, Migration, ETL, Backend Tests, and API Testing.
  • Work with Internal Applications, Web Applications, ERP systems, and within the Banking, Retail, Finance, and Tolling domains.
  • Collaborate with diverse industries, particularly in Tolling, Finance, and Banking sectors.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, showcasing strong leadership capabilities.
  • Exhibit the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, displaying proactive and organized work habits.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with expertise in Microsoft ADO Testing Module.

Additional Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Business Solutions, especially SAP projects.
  • Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
