Key Responsibilities- Confirm team attendance and ensure timely arrival at job sites
- Develop and implement snow removal plans to meet customer needs
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure high-quality service
- Complete pre and post-storm reports to management
- Operate plow trucks and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform regular equipment inspections and identify potential mechanical issues
- Communicate with customers and management to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Valid driver's license with prior experience driving commercial vehicles
- Supervisory experience leading a team
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Tolerance for labor-intensive work in extreme weather conditions
- Available for seasonal long hours, including holidays
