Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Oak Grove Center. As a CNA, you will work closely with our licensed nurses to provide high-quality care to our patients and residents. Your role will involve assisting with daily living activities, ensuring patient safety and well-being, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and residents
  • Assist with transferring patients and residents to and from wheelchairs, beds, and other equipment
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to licensed nurses
  • Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
