Job Title: Team Member

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Member to join our team at KIDS EMPIRE. As a Team Member, you will be the initial contact between guests and our facility, responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any questions or comments that guests may have while present at KIDS EMPIRE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customers promptly, greet them accordingly, and make them feel comfortable in the ambiance of the park.
  • Operate the check-in process by having guests sign the liability waiver and provide guest information using an iPad.
  • Manage the front cash counter, receiving exact bill amounts from guests, registering transactions, and providing change as needed.
  • Verify billing transactions accurately by checking the POS display.
  • Organize the refrigerator with drinks, snacks, and ice cream.
  • Monitor snack inventory and communicate with management to order replenishments from specified vendors.
  • Regularly walk the floor to ensure a safe environment and that guests are following park rules and regulations.
  • Clean restrooms and sanitize park structures, including tables, chairs, and playground equipment.
  • Assist and participate in family events to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Comfortable working with children.
  • Proficient in operating an iPad.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Fluency in English.
