As a result of our expanding operations, we are looking for a full-time Senior Project Manager to enhance our team. This role involves spearheading business development for Phase 1 and 2 Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), and subsurface investigation services. The selected candidate will coordinate and supervise field inspections, generate reports, conduct technical evaluations as necessary, interview potential hires and independent contractors, and utilize Salesforce for proposal management, client follow-ups, and collaboration with team members on regulatory compliance services. The ideal candidate will excel in client relations and actively engage with key stakeholders in the development, banking, and AEC industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Environmental Compliance Division's Due Diligence practice by:
  • Conducting business development efforts to identify new opportunities for Phase 1 ESAs, Phase 2 ESAs, PCAs, and subsurface investigations.
  • Overseeing and coordinating field inspections and final reporting for Phase 1 & 2 ESAs and PCA services.
  • Performing technical inspections as required.
  • Interviewing and recommending candidates for new hires and independent contractors as needed.
  • Acquiring proficiency in Salesforce to prepare and submit client proposals.
  • Engaging with potential clients to review project scopes and gather feedback on proposals to enhance business acquisition efforts.
  • Collaborating with internal team members for regulatory compliance services.
  • Delivering exceptional service to clients to distinguish our firm from competitors.
  • Actively networking with decision-makers across the development, banking, and AEC sectors.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Natural Science, Environmental Policy, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with Phase 1 & 2 ESAs, subsurface investigations, and possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) or Engineer in Training (EIT) designation.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental consulting or PCA roles.
  • Familiarity with surface water and stormwater management practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical plans.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Physical capability to navigate active job sites efficiently.
  • Proficient in Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat).
