Polsinelli is seeking a Pricing and Revenue Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial team, you will assist with the analysis and implementation of client pricing terms and alternative fee arrangements, as well as track various performance metrics to identify opportunities to improve revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Review client guidelines and engagement letters to coordinate timekeeper and client pricing terms within the firm's financial teams and systems.
- Follow the rate approval process and generate regular status reports on complex client pricing arrangements.
- Support attorneys and pricing team with financial analysis in response to client rate increases and ad-hoc requests.
- Assist with requests to research historical firm matters that may provide a baseline for billing attorneys in developing budgets for new matters.
- Input and monitor client and matter level budgets as requested by attorneys.
- Basic financial modeling skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Cross-functional project management skills.
- 2 years of analytic experience.
- 2 years of experience in a legal or professional services industry preferred.
