Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager to join our team at WOTM - Partners Professional. As a key member of our Professional Division, you will be responsible for leading and managing our regional operations, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Operational Management:
    • Oversee daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
    • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maintain high service standards.
  • Financial Management:
    • Manage the region's P&L, ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded.
    • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Leadership and Team Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Ensure that all team members adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Franchising and Business Expansion:
    • Support and oversee franchise operations within the region, ensuring compliance with company standards.
    • Assist in the development and execution of franchising strategies to expand the company's market presence.
  • Ethics and Integrity:
    • Uphold and promote the company's core values of ethics and integrity in all business activities.
    • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the commercial cleaning industry.
  • Proven experience in hunter sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Extensive experience in managing P&L, business planning, and operational oversight.
  • Strong knowledge of franchising, including franchisee relations and business expansion.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ethics, integrity, and corporate responsibility.
  • Ability to travel within the region as required.
