Regional Operations Leader

We are looking for a motivated and seasoned professional to take on the role of District Manager. The District Manager will oversee the performance of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring adherence to brand and franchise standards while fostering a positive environment for both guests and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across the district, aiming for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage the financial aspects of the district; this includes setting sales targets, adhering to budgets, implementing marketing strategies, and overseeing cash management. Analyze financial reports to identify opportunities for enhancing profitability.
- Recruit, train, and inspire a dedicated team; focus on developing Store Managers through ongoing training and support.
- Maintain effective communication with team members; dedicate time each week to coaching and providing constructive feedback, while recognizing team achievements and addressing any employee concerns.
- Prioritize guest satisfaction by exemplifying exceptional service standards.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including food safety, cleanliness, and loss prevention, while holding team members accountable for their performance.
- Guarantee the safety and security of both team members and guests; oversee maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Provide coverage in the absence of Store Managers, ensuring all locations operate smoothly during staffing shortages.

- Prior experience in food and beverage management is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years in multi-unit, high-volume food and beverage leadership roles.
- ServSafe and Food Allergen Awareness Certification required.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid driver's license is necessary.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
