- Stay Knowledgeable: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our player's club program, including promotions, events, and benefits, to effectively communicate with guests and maximize their experience.
- Support Player Programs: Recruit, enroll, and inform guests about the player's club program, assisting in reaching profitability, guest satisfaction, workforce strength, and compliance goals.
- Assist with ACSC Transactions: Help guests with enrolling, changing, or redeeming transactions in the player's club, ensuring accuracy and providing a positive experience.
- Operate Cash Handling Systems: Manage cash handling systems, including inventory management, exchanges, and other cash-related transactions, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Run Reports and Verification: Run reports and verification information for patron credit line requests, adhering to the directive of the property Credit Committee and PGCB regulations.
- Develop Relationships: Develop and maintain good relationships with loyal guests to maximize opportunities for personalized experiences and return visits.
- Support Team Members: Assist team members as needed, including functioning as a Main Bank Cashier or Count Team Member.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience: 6 months of customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous Cash Handling Experience: Preferred
- Age: Must be 18 years of age
