Customer Service Representative

The Customer Experience Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. This includes greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving concerns in a polite and professional manner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operating front-end scanning equipment and cash registers, performing all related check-out procedures, and maintaining accuracy during transactions.
- Maintaining knowledge of weekly ads, marketing promotions, and store layout to answer customer questions and provide product information.
- Responsible for general sanitation in the department, following cleaning schedules and department guidelines to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
- Ensuring smooth function of the department and store by cooperating with co-workers and supervisors, and continuously improving job performance.
