Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Sales Specialist I. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer service and sales support to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Upsell and cross-sell GCI products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of GCI products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and offerings.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Meet and exceed sales and customer service performance metrics, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant work experience and/or education may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
- Minimum of six months general work experience required; previous experience in customer service and sales preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proficient computer skills and MS Office knowledge, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technology and systems.
