Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers enthusiastically and provide assistance with purchases, returns, and refunds.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, dressing rooms, and back areas.
  • Team Collaboration: Work positively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Assist with visual merchandising, including dressing mannequins and reorganizing store displays.
Requirements
  • Education: High school degree or equivalent.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, basic math skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attributes: Teachability, integrity, initiative, productivity, coherency, humility, compatibility, optimism, and resilience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Adept in cashiering, basic mathematics, and basic computer functionality.
  • Able to interact and assist customers with questions pertaining to merchandise knowledge, payment processing, returns/refunds, and store policies.
