We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Retail Customer Service Specialist to join our team at The Sherwin-Williams Company. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer concerns, and promoting our products to meet sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers in selecting the right products and services, and provide recommendations to meet their needs
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, following company policies and procedures
- Build strong relationships with customers, wholesale partners, and retail customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits to provide expert advice to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves, displays, and equipment
- Load and unload delivery trucks, and assist with deliveries as needed
- Comply with inventory control procedures, and suggest ways to improve sales and customer satisfaction
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
- Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
- Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products
- Previous experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
