About the Role

The IT System Technician is a critical member of our IT team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our datacenter environment. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced support environment.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year (based on location and industry standards)

Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to incoming calls and emails regarding desktop, server, and network problems
  • Monitor and maintain Reily Foods' Knoxville datacenter
  • Configure, install, maintain, diagnose, repair, and upgrade PCs, servers, and network equipment
  • Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution

Qualifications

  • A+ and/or Network+ Certifications or above preferred
  • 3 years of Windows Server 2012 R2 or above administration experience
  • 1 year working in VMware ESX and vCenter virtual environments preferred
  • Experience with PDQDeploy, Helpdesk ticketing software, and other management, auditing, and deployment tools a plus
