A Day in the Life:

Enter and maintain customer information in our CRM. Ensure accurate and thorough information is captured. Liaise between customers and technicians, alert technicians of new appointments and confirm with customers of upcoming services. Administer a high volume of inbound calls. Support other office staff with assignments.
