Job Title: RBT/ABA Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / ABA Therapist to join our team at the Knoxville Center for Autism, Inc. in Tennessee.

The Knoxville Center for Autism, Inc. is a locally owned and operated comprehensive treatment center for children on the Autism Spectrum and their families. We offer intensive, early intervention therapies and have been serving the community for 14 years.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year

This role offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 to $50,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

As an RBT/ABA Therapist, you will work one-on-one with children between the ages of 2-10 on the Autism Spectrum, guiding them in communication and aiding in overcoming delayed milestones. You will lead 1-on-1 ABA therapy sessions, implement principles and procedures of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), take and maintain data, follow behavior plans, and communicate with parents/caregivers daily.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
  • Experience working with children in some capacity
  • Great writing and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift at least 50lbs and move quickly
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen
