Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Intake and Membership Specialist to join our team at Recovery Empowerment Network. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth referral and intake process for potential members, while also providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the referral process to ensure compliance with REN and regulatory agency policies and procedures.
  • Receive and coordinate referrals, working closely with clinical teams to ensure timely and effective services.
  • Provide tours and orientation to prospective members, as well as information to interested parties such as clinical team members, family members, and community stakeholders.
  • Identify goals and document progress for each member served, submitting billing timely and meeting data validation expectations.
  • Develop and implement plans to promote services and increase membership, aligning with REN's strategic plan.
  • Participate in clinical staff meetings, trainings, and other activities as required.
  • Submit timely and accurate timecards, mileage, and reimbursement requests.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED or higher.
  • Lived experience.
  • Completion of Peer Support Training and Certification is preferred.
  • Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) credentialing is preferred but not required.
  • A current Arizona Driver License and a satisfactory 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
  • CPR and First Aid certifications.
  • Tuberculosis test.
  • Bilingual preferred but not required.
