Plumbing Project Management Expert

GPAC is partnered with a well-established company in the Mechanical Construction industry to find the perfect Plumbing Project Manager. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating mechanical construction projects from conception to completion.
Responsibilities- Manage project teams and ensure all team members are informed of project details.
- Maintain a working knowledge of general conditions, work scope, and specifications of project contracts/subcontracts.
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve emerging issues before they become a problem.
- Estimate and sell projects of various types, including plan/spec, design/assist, and design/build.
- Oversee fabrication shop work packages and possess a strong understanding of content, including detail drawing review, material take-off, and buyout, as well as man-hour fabrication budget.
- Collaborate with the Safety Department to analyze, manage, and mitigate project risks, ensuring safety on each job site.
- Ensure contractual conditions of performance are met.
- 5+ years of experience in Plumbing Project Management.
- Plumbing Journeyman License.
- Commercial & Industrial Experience required.
- Bachelor's degree or demonstrated equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and logic skills with the ability to maintain precision on detailed work.
- A stable background/work history is essential.
- Proven working experience in Construction Management or a related field.
- Familiarity with construction management software packages and overall strong computer skills.
- Proficient in P6 or Microsoft Project and able to provide examples of a project resource-loaded schedule.
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
