Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our medium-scale projects in Information Technology, ensuring successful outcomes and effective team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage comprehensive communication plans, including regular project status reports.
  • Proactively collaborate with team members and vendors to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, plan, budget, and artifacts effectively.
  • Monitor progress and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH STAKEHOLDERS BASED ON TRUST AND RESPECT.
  • ANTICIPATE AND ADDRESS STAKEHOLDER RESISTANCE OR OBJECTIONS PROACTIVELY.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in Project management in healthcare, information technology, or relevant industry/operations.
  • Experience managing projects with multiple teams and making presentations to senior/executive management.
  • Ability to develop and modify process standards/objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or working towards completion.
Salary and Benefits
  • Estimated salary: $45,000 - $72,800 per year, depending on location.
