Job Description

The Senior Customer Service Professional is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to new and existing customers. This role requires a high level of technical skill, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other business lines to improve customer experiences
  • Process complex transactions and maintain accurate records
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service or banking
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in teller software and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent customer relations skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
