Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team at Central Payments. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our executives, managing the office, and contributing to the success of our human resources initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Executive Support: Provide calendar management, travel planning, meeting preparation, and communication on behalf of the CEO.
  2. Senior Management Liaison: Support the senior management team's meetings and events coordination.
  3. General Office Support: Perform receptionist duties, coordinate with vendors, manage supplies, and handle mail.
  4. Human Resources Support: Assist in recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee inquiries.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma is required, but an associate's degree is preferred.
  • 5 to 10 years of administrative or HR experience.
