About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Verint Systems. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customized success plans to meet the unique needs of each customer
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Provide expert-level product knowledge and training to customers to ensure successful adoption and utilization
  • Monitor and analyze customer health scores to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted strategies to address them
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their business objectives
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of driving customer success and business growth
  • Strong understanding of customer success principles and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of urgency and a focus on delivering results
  • Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and deadlines, with a high level of organization and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in closing renewals and/or professional services opportunities
  • Experience managing customers of various sizes and knowing how/why to manage them differently
  • Experience with Totango or other success platforms
