Job Description

**Job Summary:**

As a Customer Solutions Account Manager at DMF Lighting, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our customers and outside sales force to provide proactive support, address customer issues, and increase sales of DMF solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers on DMF products and solutions.
  • Assist in managing the onboarding process to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Act as an intermediary between the sales organization and other internal departments to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and drive sales growth.
  • Order completion from quote creation to PO processing.
  • Investigate order entry or pricing errors.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Identify, develop, and implement continuous improvement solutions to drive greater efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Perform administrative duties such as answering phones, filing, and additional tasks as required.
  • Support customer orders by confirming ship dates, sending tracking details, and providing proactive notification of any changes.

**Requirements:**

  • 5-8 years of service-related employment experience such as retail or hospitality.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude.
  • Successful track record of written and verbal customer communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in administrative and documentation procedures.
  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
  • High degree of initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines as required.
