If you're passionate about mental health and want to make a significant impact, Tava Health is the place for you. We're currently seeking a Strategic Partnership Director to join our team.
This role involves driving partnership strategies and initiatives to accelerate Tava Health's growth and expand our reach. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing strategic relationships with health plans through identifying opportunities to maximize referral pathways.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain relationships with health plan partners and care navigation teams within those health plans.
- Negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements that align with Tava Health's objectives and ensure a win-win outcome for all parties involved.
- Serving as a thought leader and advocate for Tava Health in the mental health industry, representing the company at conferences, events, and industry forums.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 7+ years of experience in health plan sales preferably in the healthcare or technology industry.
- A proven track record of successfully establishing and managing health plan sales or other relevant organizations.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence key stakeholders.
- The ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and identify partnership opportunities that align with business objectives.
Tava Health offers:
- An estimated salary range of $120,000-$180,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
