We are seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Spokane Valley, WA and surrounding areas.
Job SummaryThis is a full-time LPN position in a home health setting, requiring a minimum of 2 years of skilled home health experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a home health setting, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document patient progress and care provided in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Washington.
- Minimum 2 years of skilled home health experience.
- Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
